The only problem is most people get confused and take there stuff to Computer Plus who are the definition of rude. I'll called computer plus to see what I should do since I don't work on computers that's why I called them. They treated me like I was an idiot. I use computers anything else I could care less. I had intermittent connectivity problems with my computer via high speed cable. I tried all the "tech" fixes I found on the web to no avail. Finally I took it to CP's. It turns out I had a registry setting that was meant for dial-up! They fixed it, no charge! Reggie
Took my laptop in for simple repair on the back light of my screen. Was told it would take 3-5 business days. Finally 3 weeks later picked up the computer, brought it home and it wouldn't even power on! Took it back and they blamed it on us, even though they admit they didn't turn it on before they gave it to us! They refused to fix it saying they were not sure what was wrong and that my computer was "quirky". Had it fixed through HP and found out that somehow my mother board had been damaged.
