Quick response, picked up desktop within the hour. Returned next day, Steve spent significant time walking me through the updates, where files were, updating my printer, and assuring me my security software was updated and active. Exceptional service, reasonable cost to repair. I recommend highly.
I have used this company twice now. I have to say that they were excellent! The owner even met me out one time to deliver my repaired laptop when I was unable to get to their office. That is incredible customer service. Prices were very reasonable and I have had no issues with the laptop since. Originally, I has planned to trash the laptop and buy a new one, but after talking to the owner, John, it turns out that it was more economical to repair.
