Bad service This company provides TERRIBLE customer service! I had them do a virus removal on my computer, and at first it seemed like they did a decent job. They came to the house to pick up the unit, which was nice. But when they returned it, at first my browser didn't work, and they had to come back to repair the computer again. Then they failed to save and transfer over all of my vital information. I lost many programs, and ALL of the bookmarks I had saved on my browser. Go somewhere else! Biggest scam ever. They don't fix your problems and charge you more for new ones. All the reviews on this place are posted by the owners.

Very Knowledgeable and Professional. PCTech is very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed the issues I was having with connecting to the internet. They also "cleaned" up my computer so it runs more efficiently. They provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs.
