RecommendedI had an issue with my laptop refusing to charge, and a friend referred me to Computer Paramedic. I called and talked with Mike, who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my laptop in that same day, and was thrilled to find out that it was just a faulty charger. Mike helped me find the proper replacement online, and even let me borrow the store’s charger over the holiday weekend so that I wouldn’t be stranded without a computer.
