OMG, what a dump. Purchased a computer from them, it broke, support took WEEKS and it broke again in one day. Then I find water damage WAS THE CAUSE. I go for a visit and find out the roof ALWAYS leaks over the repair tables when it rains. IT WAS DRIPPING ON LAPTOPS WHEN I LOOKED OVER THE COUNTER TOWARD THE BACK. Are these people nuts? They said I had to pay for everything so I just threw it in the garbage and went elsewhere.
