I called to see if they could service my PC. I said it was running slow. I use it for my small business. They (Chelsea) indicated they were too busy ("cant get a hold of a technician"), and referred me to Nerds on Call. What the heck? I called computer logistics because they took care of my PC in the past and did a great job with it. I guess I'll take them off my service vender list. Really strange that they would refer me to a competitor instead of saying they can call me back later or something.
Stephanie is very knowledgeable of our system and server. She knows how to fix the issue and if she doesn't she will ask but that rarely happens as Stephanie is on the job and does a fantastic job for us! And she is so knowledgeable whenever talking with our software Tech Support! Yay for Stephanie and for us!!
