A friend told me about Computer John (John ONeal - owner). So I called him and made an appointment. He fixed both, my laptop and tower fast'n'cheap. Much to my surprise, I didn't feel like I got screwed over (like I have with bestbuy $$$ and other local geeks). John also took the time. He showed me what happened, how he fixed it and how to prevent future problems. He even called me back after a week to see how things were going.
