Small companies beware! To date, CIS is THE most unprofessional company that I have dealt with in any manner whatsoever. Even the local McDonald's employees are more friendly and receptive to my requests. Not only was CIS consistently and completely unresponsive to my company's IT requests, but they were rude and sarcastic whenever I complained.
