This is not a complete set of architectural plans. Please do your homework! I have taken the "plans" that we paid $3200 for to 5 builders and every single company said "where's the rest of your drawings". On the first meeting with this company I was told I would be getting 6 copies of my plans 1 PDF copy and 1 Materials List. When it comes time to finalize our plans...no materials list!
