Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Lynn the architect of computer house plans. Once we received final house plans, and started getting quotes no one could figure out the measurements and he combined two different plans together, he'd have a roof with two dormers and our front with three dormers. And many more mistakes along the way for a high price with no reconciliation and just completely ignoring us in the end.
This is not a complete set of architectural plans. Please do your homework! I have taken the "plans" that we paid $3200 for to 5 builders and every single company said "where's the rest of your drawings". On the first meeting with this company I was told I would be getting 6 copies of my plans 1 PDF copy and 1 Materials List. When it comes time to finalize our plans...no materials list!
