Fantastic service and reasonable prices I have made 3 trips to computer hounds lately, the first to pick up a add-on fan, the second to have my computer diagnosed, and the last to get a contact email, while attempting to install the add-on fan I fried my motherboard, the diagnosis as to what I fried was 100% free, and the owner of the store is currently working with me to find the cheapest way to make the most out of my computer. His labor rate of 45$ minimum, 60$ per hour, and I believe he said 90$ max although, my memory i... read more
Not worth the trip We took our computer in to get it tuned up and running more efficiently. All they did was defrag and then installed some safeguard software which we didn't want (or need). The computer didn't run any better than when we took it in and I think they charged nearly $100. Don't waste your time
