This is a review about a review of a review. Yep, that's right. Someone wrote a review of my shop based on a another review and thought it was worth reducing my star rating over. I suppose he feels he's right, because as the new saying goes: the not a customer is always right too. Well, thanks for your 2 pennies worth. BTW you aren't the owner of the new computer repair business in town who is also marking his competitors as closed on other review sites are you?

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but the fact that the guy running this business is wiling to write a review talking badly about one of his customers speaks volumes about the kind of business he runs. Sure, there are bad customers sometimes in every business, but as a rule, people in customer service don't talk badly about their customers on a public page dedicated to their business because if they're smart, they know it'll drive away other potential customers. My shop probably does reek of cigarette smoke because I smoke. And I'm not tidy either. After that it's mostly all made up by someone claiming to be a college student but doesn't know the difference between a car wreak and a reeking pile of dung. Occasionally a crack pot walks through every business' door. She did mention bi-polar, I'd suggest that that may be the source of her problem, she just wasn't made to feel special. The place wreaks of cigarette smoke and is pretty filthy. The technician/owner is incredibly rude....almost bi-polar-like. I asked to see the recovered files (which he burned onto a CD) from my bugged laptop, on his computer. He was SOOOOO offended and yelled at me in front of his other customers! Excuse me for making sure I'm getting for what I pay for! After examining the CD,to my surprise, he did not recover 50% of from the laptop.
