Beware of Bully Owner The owner 'Dick' is incredibly rude! I don't know how he stays in business with the way he treats his customers. After 2 weeks of being talked down to and getting the run-around on when it would be fixed I told him to put it together unfixed, I will take it somewhere that I will be treated better! I don't pay anyone to talk to me like that! And his wife was in the shop 'helping' him and she's not much better.
Very Misleading This guys will tell you that a repair will be done in about a week and that they will call when the work is done. It has been nearly 20 days and still no word from them. They are nice people, but their greed is preventing honesty. It appears that they stockpile the work for profit, but have managed to lose a customer in the process.
Computer Factory is run with incompetence I dropped my computer off on 9/5/09. I was 'warned' not to call, if they were done with it. I was not ever given a date of completion,. two weeks went by, then my husband and I went to check on it. The guy lied and said that he knows I was given a date of last Friday. I informed him that I was never given a date. He then said it would be done tomorrow, which was on a Wed., at the latest, Friday.Another week went by. bad service, Incompetent service people all the previous reviews are true the owner's extremly rude they have no idea what they are doing they take your computer and stock pile them up to about 15 deep to save money so they dont have to higher another employee, they will tak down to you like you know nothing about your computer. they will not call you if they run into problems with your system like the did with mine they will just set it aside and ignore it untill you come and complain. whould never use them again
