Rich is one of the best to have things taken care of laptops and regular computers. they will give you the cost of the repair or some sort of price range on what it will cost. the decision is up to you. Rich, the technician, is one of the best at his craft I have ever seen. He first tries to see if he can fix the problem (for free) by doing some minor adjustments. Never seen that before. If you have to leave your puter, they get it fixed when they say they will, and its for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this to anyone in the Pawtucket/Attleboro area. They are the best at repairs and creating either full computers or drives.
I bought a DVD drive and speakers, both were Bad products. The DVD drive would not play all the time and the speakers were very distorted. I was yelled at and argued with over the phone and in person when requesting a refund. I did receive a refund minus a installation service fee. Based mainly on the customer service reaction, I will never shop there again.
