I needed a DVD made of a funeral I had recorded from my tablet so I took it to computer exchange.The gentleman was so nice and helpful and didn't charge me for doing it...it was truly a blessing. I would recommend them for service because of the hospitality. They are friendly and they care.

Owner vey nice but balding employee very unfriendly. Came by on a Friday to ask for help with one question and I would bring my computer in on Monday. I actually bought my current computer from them. He was rude and over and over again said I can't give you any help until you bring your computer in. It was a question HE COULD have helped me with. I will NOT be back I want to be treated nicely and with respect. A little kindness goes a long way with people coming back again & again.
