This guy is the best. Very fair and thorough. If there is a cost he tells you in advance. Once he starts work on your computer, if more cost is involved he always calls for approval first. Great service and totally honest person. Tne negative post on this site was the result, I suspect, of the person not understanding what was being done and the fact that problems can occur right after the computer was fixed. Don't go to the computer doctor.....He will take advantage of some people by telling them their computer hard drive is outdated. Then he will install something that was not needed to begin with and does not do the initial work supposed to have been done. $120.00 sucker here. Be careful.
