I needed my "Family Tree" files. Backups were lost in move. For weeks later I called kept getting "What did you need us to do?" When I went in to "Pick it up" they handed me my hard drive! I could have pulled it out myself!! Where was the rest of the computer? ‘Gone’. He was very apologetic for getting it so wrong, said he’d wait for a computer like it and try again, I waited no calls. I needed an old computer to boot up to retrieve my "Family Tree" files. My backups were lost in a move. Weeks later I called and got "What did you need us to do?" When I went in to "Pick it up" they handed me my hard drive! I asked "what am I supposed to do with this?! I could have pulled it out myself!!"
