Roberto was very helpful. Diagnosed my problem and communicated my options very clearly. Wasn’t pushy. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me receive the best deal possible and get my computer issues resolved.
He knows his stuff and works very efficiently.
Roberto upgraded the phone lines throughout our house to ethernet and mapped all our lines. He was extremely helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. We had a great experience and would highly recommend his work.
My external drive was malfunctioning. He ran a scan , copied the files to a new flash drive and tried to fix the external drive. I was impressed because the external drive was old. He could not get all the files because of damage on the hard drive. But he did get my important o ones.and his. Prices were fair.
Amazing service and very helpful. I would highly recommend for any computer or technical service.
