They utilized a remote control program that made the fix fast and simple over the phone. Customer service was also great.
They were super nice and helped me fix up my pc that wasn’t turning on, but then were able to find that the graphics card cables was wasn’t working properly. Saved me a ton of time and was pretty cheap. Would recommend to anyone who is just confused about what’s wrong with their pc or needs it fixed.
