I can't say enough good things about Computer Concepts and the owner, Adi! I initially took my Epson HOME CINEMA 4010 projector to another repair shop (Ashton Electronics), and unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed, and I was significantly overcharged. I needed a new filter cover for my Epson projector and Adi was able to get the part quickly and at a fair price. Other authorized repair shops wanted to charge an exorbitant price. Computer Concepts was fair, friendly and approachable. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
Adi was great working with us on getting information on our Epson printer warranty. Will go to Computer Concepts again the next time we need a repair on our Epson products.
