Small business owner. My computer is the heart and soul of my business. It has been an extremely hard end of year. My laptop randomly refuses to turn on or show any signs of life. Had I simply waited, I would have been fine as it was updating. Instead, I was in a panic and took my laptop to computer citi. They charged me $50 for a diagnostic. Up to this point we are fine.
