Turned my laptop in to get cleaned and inspected due to having a loud fan. Jacob got the laptop cleaned in less than 24 hours. Picking up the laptop he gave me advice about the common problems with my Mac and different laptops I can replace it with in the future. 10/10 would recommend.
Jacob was professional, kind, and quick to resolve the issue. Initially, I took my computer to Best Buy for what should have been a simple fix, but they blamed a bad motherboard. I knew this wasn't the cause of my issue, so I looked elsewhere for someone that would understand the actual problem. Enter Jacob. I was a victim of the dreaded Battlefield 6 Secure Boot issue. Incredibly warm, insightful, honest and welcoming. I aspire to be like this gent one day. He presented options on what he would personally recommend. Had everything that would be needed to get my work station up and running as well. Easily couldve told me serveral compoments were fried and charged me more. Cant wait to play ultimate Frisbee
Outstanding!! We were in a real mess with a business email issue. Called in the evening and Jacob was super helpful and knowledgeable. Given what we were trying to do, he said that it may be a project for him but if not, he would get someone to help us... and low and behold, he followed up in the same evening and got us all looked after with someone who specializes in what we were needing on the mail server. Dropped off my pc and fixed it within one day! We picked it up the next day and it came out in perfect condition! 10/10 experience would go again if any difficulties with my pc again!
