He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. What surprised me most was how quickly he fixed the problem. Fantastic! Jacob was incredibly prompt and explained everything that is needed to be done. Not only was he able to clean, service, and upgrade my aged computer, but it was completed the same day. This is the place I will go to for now on for any computer issue. Genuine care for the customer unlike big corporations. Easy to communicate with as we simply text back-and-forth or call each other. Plus if his Business is in the same neighborhood you live in. no long drive. I really appreciate this man name Jacob.
Within an hour of speaking with Jacob and then bringing my laptop to him, I was back home with it working perfectly. He showed me what to do if it ever happened again (Windows Defender pop-up) and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend his business if you run into computer difficulties.
