Took a PC that wouldn't reset no matter what I tried, it kept giving me the blue screen, freezing. Jacob was thorough on finding out the cause. He explained everything he did in the process to get it fixed and ensure it was properly done as well. He also takes the time to update as he goes through the process, so you won't just be left out in the blue. Miracle worker, honestly.
We ran into an issue with a desktop. Cant even tell you how smooth, easy and professional it was handled at a very reasonable price. Jacob has the knowledge and patience of a true professional. He took the time to explain the why, the fix and and offerer continued support if problem arrived again. So far, the fix has been peefect. Running just fine!
