I strongly caution you from doing business with this phone repair service. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in to have the cracked screen replaced. At first, communication with prompt and he ordered the new screen without asking for a deposit which I thought was very trusting. Once the screen arrived, I dropped off my phone and received it back within 2 or so hours. A couple weeks back I had an incident where my screen had shattered and spider webbed, I contacted Ryan and he had my phone within 3 days and done that same day! Unfortunately after paying, I had noticed a small crack but upon notifying him, he had it fixed free of charge the following day! Definitely 100% recommend!
