I recently experienced a dangerous issue with my iPhone 13 Mini, a swollen battery. Taking my iPhone to Computer Advantage, the technician shipped my phone to Apple. He said it would take 3 - 5 business days to get me a replacement iPhone 13 Mini on a Wednesday. The replacement iPhone arrived the next day. I had my iPhone completely shutdown in the middle of filming content for my work in Savannah. I thought I lost everything. SKYLER here was super amazing and had my phone back to running in minutes. He was so kind and patient . Thank you guys

Made an appointment to get my battery replaced a week in advance for my iPhone, when I arrived they told me they weren’t able to for the IPhone 14. They should have notified me of that when I originally made the appointment that included that stated it was a battery replacement for the 14 and drove 30 mins. Bad operations and communication
I came in to get my broken laptop screen replaced, and the experience was just weird. The first time I went, they said they wouldn’t need my login info since they were just replacing the screen. When I came back a week later, a different tech asked for my password and said I’d have to leave it there for a few days. Customers shouldn’t have to give full access and login password just to replace their laptop screen. On top of that, they quoted me $749!
