If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my Beats Fit Pro headphones because one of the attachments had come off. Both earbuds were still working perfectly, and the issue simply needed to be reattached. The technician, Skyler, initially stated that he could fix the problem, but later said he could not. Incredibly helpful staff. Even went out of their way to stand by their work with a cellular retailer customer service line with me. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Provide realistic expectations and are there for follow through. Great business! I will be a repeat customer.
These guys are the real deal. Certified professional and customer oriented. I had 2 late model macbook pros that went sideways after an OS update i took one in and in under 24hrs its back and usable. They explained what they did, so i took the 2nd one in and not only did they take it immediately they showed and taught me what to do for future issues. Unheard of most places and they did it in real time i walked in and in less than 15 minutes out the door resolved. Thanks guys
I recently experienced a dangerous issue with my iPhone 13 Mini, a swollen battery. Taking my iPhone to Computer Advantage, the technician shipped my phone to Apple. He said it would take 3 - 5 business days to get me a replacement iPhone 13 Mini on a Wednesday. The replacement iPhone arrived the next day. I was only charged the price for a new battery for a new iPhone 13 Mini. I was very impressed with the service I got at Computer Advantage.
