I came in to get my broken laptop screen replaced, and the experience was just weird. The first time I went, they said they wouldn’t need my login info since they were just replacing the screen. When I came back a week later, a different tech asked for my password. I found that super odd. Why would anyone need full access to my computer just to replace a screen?
