Update: 5 years since my last review, and I had to return for warranty work. Despite one clerk's initial insistence that I could not speak with a tech, I pressed him until he brought the technician out from the back to talk to me, and I'm glad I did. Technician "Joey" was knowledgeable, responsive, and had a great bedside manner. The initial clerk who assisted me withdrew to the stock room when it was time for me to check in my laptop, and a new clerk took over. This one was an improvement, albeit with the soft skills on C-3... read more

Made an appointment for a phone repair and drove an hour to get here. When I got to the store was told they can’t perform the repair that I scheduled for and got snippy with me for having a negative reaction. Don’t understand the point of the appointment if they can’t perform the service.
Christian assisted me to download new Adobe Illustrator and Photo shop as I had no Idea how to do it. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with myself a 74 year old graphic designer who can’t keep up with technology!
Very knowledgeable, nice, and honest folks.
