retired teacher My past experience with AIS was good but I just bought another Mac from them and am quite unhappy with the latest experience. The sales staff were friendly and helpful until after the purchase. But when it did not function properly, I was informed I should take it up with Apple support. I had had the computer less than a week! I am now trying to deal with the problem but I don't see myself buying anything else from AIS.
