I had a highly concerning experience with this company. They attempted to charge me $125 simply to diagnose a problem, and demanded payment before even identifying the actual issue. Worse, they gave me a false diagnosis of a hardware failure for what was actually a simple driver issue. I caught them lying in an attempt to inflate the cost of repairs and charge me more. I had to buy an computer adapter for my notebook, but I returned it few days later. The adapter price was 3-4 times higher than Amazon and I had to pay 15% for my return and refund item. Before you buy any product from here, please check the price through other online store and return policy with actual fee charge%.

I needed an older, hard to find cable, and didn't want to drive all the way to microcenter or wait on it from amazon. The guys at Computech were super helpful and had exactly what I needed!
