Arrange for a U-Haul pick up. The place was closed at 10:30 and no one answered the phone. An employee showed up, but said he couldn’t do anything without the manager and couldn’t even unlock the door. Had to shift my reservation to Moosup.
Terrible.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would, they have had my mom's car since August 2022 it is now October 2023. They said they could give my mom a new transmission and it would be done within 6 to 8 weeks and it's been over 12 months and they still have that car, we had to purchase another vehicle because they were taking so long, and every time we call or show up, they are either closed or ignoring our calls. This guys been nothing but honest to me. Fair price. Hes a hard working without trying to price gouge. I've sent four co-workers to him. He's treated them the same and they were impressed with his work
