Been part of SNO since it opened and I would recommend it. It has helped me mentally and physically. Also, massages are great! You feel very comfortable there and do what you can. Comfortable environment!!!

I truly enjoy the hot yoga classes at SNO! Austin is incredibly compassionate, kind, and is such an intuitive instructor. He is mindful about reading the room and always seems to know the needs and/or modify with flexibility. His cues are clear, his flows are natural, and he pushes you in the best way without it ever feeling forced. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and centered. If you’re looking for great yoga in the Chilton area, SNO is the place!

I had a fantastic experience at SNO by Austin! Right before leaving for vacation, I had a stubborn knot in my neck, and Austin worked wonders. He was able to target the issue and release the tension effectively. Within just a day, I was already feeling so much better and ready to enjoy my trip. Highly recommend his skillful and professional approach!
