A standard but good experience.
I received a massage from Austin, he did an excellent job in making me very comfortable. A very Relaxing and stress-free area. He gave me an option of a deep massage and a relaxing massage, this time I opted the deep massage and I have been pain-free since. Thank you, Austin.
Been part of SNO since it opened and I would recommend it. It has helped me mentally and physically. Also, massages are great! You feel very comfortable there and do what you can. Comfortable environment!!!

I truly enjoy the hot yoga classes at SNO! Austin is incredibly compassionate, kind, and is such an intuitive instructor. He is mindful about reading the room and always seems to know the needs and/or modify with flexibility. His cues are clear, his flows are natural, and he pushes you in the best way without it ever feeling forced. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and centered. If you’re looking for great yoga in the Chilton area, SNO is the place!
