I was an employee of Compusoft . Resigned in 2015 from offshore team .This Company does not provide any benefits for Offshore team even employees are working in night shift.
They even don't cut TDS in salary. If you are an employee of this company, You are not eligible for credit card or personal loan.
They do not provide your experience letter and create as many problems as possible. Zero mentoring and training provided.
