I was included in the payroll two weeks ago, and guess what? , i receive the pay stub, but still not have my the direct deposit in my account . I called the support team in miami several times yesterday and left 2 messages to the specialist Kinny ext 378157, he didn't call me back, nobody bring support on the weekend, bottom line no money no support what a mess. Very poor customer service, i m going to ask my employer cut a check for me every payroll.
This company now known as Benefit Mall is the worst company I've ever worked with. Poor communication from the start. Poor communication with Support. Very irresponsible with sensitive material. Very disorganized. My experience with them was just a mess from start to finish. Even closing the account with them has proven to be difficult. Pay the extra money and work with a serious company.
