The receptionist was SUPER sweet. Idk if she could tell i had been going through it or what but she was very sweet when she spoke to me. My phlebotomist, Brandi, was just as nice. She caught me off guard when she called me by my nickname. But it was a good thing :) it’s been a crappy couple of months and I honestly wasn’t looking forward to going and doing what I needed to do but these ladies helped make today a little less sucky
Pros: Really kind and positive staff. Walk-in or appointment service. Customer service offered a full refund. Cons: Painful blood draw that left marks plus bruises for 15 days after. Either Compunet or FedEx fumbled the blood vials and they arrived at the lab 7 days later and could not be tested.
I came in for a drug test, when I went to leave my vehicle would not start I had a baby with me and the woman at the desk was very rude and said sense I was not a patient I was not aloud to sit inside with the baby for 20 minutes while waiting for a tow truck (if 20 minutes at all) remind you she said if your not a patient so I guess me being seen within 10 minutes prior doesn’t make me a patient needless to say it’s probably almost 88 outside. I was really happy with how everything went! This was the first time I had gotten my blood taken in around 10 years, India was who helped me (highly recommend) and I didn't even feel the needle! I had a lot of stress building up before the appointment so after all the blood was drawn I did feel woozy and ended up passing out. Luckily my husband was with me and carried me to the other room to lay down while I was out. I just have the say this staff was INCREDIBLE!
