I came in for a drug test, when I went to leave my vehicle would not start I had a baby with me and the woman at the desk was very rude and said sense I was not a patient I was not aloud to sit inside with the baby for 20 minutes while waiting for a tow truck (if 20 minutes at all) remind you she said if your not a patient so I guess me being seen within 10 minutes prior doesn’t make me a patient needless to say it’s probably almost 88 outside. I was really happy with how everything went! This was the first time I had gotten my blood taken in around 10 years, India was who helped me (highly recommend) and I didn't even feel the needle! I had a lot of stress building up before the appointment so after all the blood was drawn I did feel woozy and ended up passing out. Luckily my husband was with me and carried me to the other room to lay down while I was out. I just have the say this staff was INCREDIBLE! If you plan to walk in for labs, please be aware they close for lunch from 12:30-1:30, however I suggest showing up no later than 12:15 because they tend to close early for lunch. I showed up at 12:20 and got yelled at from behind the window “we’re closed”. Schedules mean nothing. Lol
Courtney was great!! I had getting my blood drawn but she made it painless and super quick.
