I've called the Paragon road Compunet several times over the last several years and not once, have I ever gotten anything but the answering machine.
Arriving with an appointment, people who checked in after me were taken back (there were only 1 person before me in the waiting room and only every 3). The wait was more than 25 min, and I ended up leaving. Then the reception claimed they didn't have me checked in, and I have an email confirmation. As a disabled person, this left me in a bad way
Front desk lady, rude every time, and why do we always do labeling for her, does no one do their job anymore?!? Her attitude is atrocious
Compunet must not care about their reviews being almost every review has comments about Jasmine the receptionist being rude. Management should read their reviews to see how their place of businness is running. I personally went there & left because the receptionist was so rude . Poor management/ poor service. There should be write ups for her(receptionists) actions! Jasmine, if you dislike your job that bad, go somewhere you can smile!
