Very nice and friendly people. Got right in and out at about 2. Today I went here at about 1030 and it was awesome. Got right in and the lady drawing blood was so sweet. I didn't even know I was stuck. Very professional and pleasant.
Place is terrible. Staff is less than friendly. You can sign in wait at the window and they pretend like they can't even see you standing in front of them. No one ever has a smile on their face, everyone seems miserable which in turn makes your experience worse off that it already is to begin with. You're better off going somewhere else.
It's always something with this place. Too close to their lunch break to help you, too close to their closing time to help you, they don't accept digital orders on phone screen, they can't print orders or receive email orders. They can't find orders in their system and want you to call your doctor for a fax to be sent like it's the 1980's. This office is only open Monday through Friday and closes completely at lunch and 4pm daily rather than staggering their staffing to provide service to people who work standard office hour... read more
I have been there twice in 48 hours due to the type of blood work I needed. Both times the staff has been so sweet and very helpful with my fear of needles. It was one of the least painful blood work I have had and it went decently quick too.
They do a great job so it's the only place I like to go for my blood work
