The staff was friendly. They lost one of my lab samples…
They ONLY do drug screens the FIRST HALF of the WEEK DAYS and their website and appointment maker software do NOT say this. They have it listed on the phone message. Honestly! Update your website. This could cause serious issues for someone needing a drug screen at a particular time.
Hit or miss. There is one person there who can draw my blood with such skill, he could probably draw my blood with his eyes closed. He gets the blood within seconds every single time. The other staff is not as skilled, last time it took two different girls who ended up sticking me four times for a simple blood test. The staff is all very friendly and the wait times are usually extremely quick, but some of the phlebotomists are excellent while others seem like they are just guessing and hit the veins by chance.
