All workers are friendly and good at what they do
I generally do not have an issue with them. I couldn't care less if the staff is rude (people at the desk usually are, people drawing blood have generallly been good), I just want my blood drawn. My issues are with billing. Apparently, I had a bill from August '24 (now it is the end of April '25) that went to collections. I have received zero bills in the mail, zero in my email inbox or spam (I make sure to put my email in when I sign in the event I have a bill), or phone calls, and then I find out there are three other open... read more
