My experience at this institution was exceptional. I recently had a three-hour glucose test and was particularly grateful for the availability of a reclining chair, which significantly improved my comfort during the procedure. The rapid turnaround time for test results and the convenience of Saturday hours are significant advantages. The staff's consistent friendliness, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness to patient concerns are truly commendable. I would confidently return for future medical needs.
I have used this lab for various tests requested by my physician, including my own labs using self pay. I have also brought my minor son (excellent with children) here for lab work. Each visit has been pleasant, prompt, and professional. Labs are available quickly and through their portal.
This is mostly just my personal opinion. I’ve never had a good experience at compunet locations. Especially this one. If it weren’t for the fact this location is open on Saturday I wouldn’t be here. Also the fact our GI specialist prefers compunet. The front desk staff are always rude and I hate that iPad sign in on the wall. I feel like it’s so impersonal. This location is inside the premier health on lakeview Dr and I also strongly dislike Premier Health. The entire atmosphere just feels slimy and unprofessional.
