Very poor layout of the parking lot, very unclear where to park for which offices as there are no signs. Even the spots that say parking for CompuNet are in front of a door you can’t enter into as a patient. Techs were fine, but could do a more thorough job. I was in for a biometric screening and because they had so many people in back I didn’t have a room to go into to get measured so my waist and hips measurement was done over top of my hoodie which is far from accurate. Always fast and efficient
Ranting worse experience at compunet in the premiere health building across from chicken fil a. They close at 12;30 for lunch so my doctor was rushing out my orders so I can get them and then go to er for X-ray. Well these people closed at 12;20 when I knocked on the window to get service they treated me.like trash, yell at me that I basically needed to get out of there and if I wanted something to go to the other location. They were rude and loud. They actually made me cry flat I told them that they suck.

Check in was a breeze both times, they were friendly and helpful. The first time I got my labs done they blew my vein and i've never had that happen before (I am a very easy stick!). The second time I came for prenatal labs which one is still missing and my midwife does not know what happened. I also got my Natera genetic blood test done at the same time and they only sent one vial even though they drew two vials which was what I needed (not sure what they did with my other vial...)
