June 1, 2026: My continued streak of excellent service by the fine staff at this CompuNet location continued with this morning’s visit. Koya was the lab technician who obtained the necessary blood samples. It was great to once again be received by Jaime, receptionist; as well as meet Jamie, Lyiah and Isabella. All are friendly as well as courteous professionals!
I have used Compunet for years with no problems until today. I was turned away during my scheduled appointment (Saturday 5/23 10:10am) because they weren't smart enough to know what one of the labs my doctor ordered was. They simply said they couldn't do my labs and told me I'd have to come back Monday but even then they didn't know if they could draw them. They said I'd just have to go to the hospital. Lazy and incompetent.
Went to get a blood draw and was told after waiting for 30 mins that they would not accept the electronic copy given to me by my Dr. I asked if I could email it to them and they told me no, and that they weren’t affiliated with MyChart-which I was confused what MyChart had to do with an email. In this day and age of technology where we do everything electronically(even check in on an iPad at that same office!), staff should be prepared to accommodate this type of transaction.
