The location is slow and inefficient. The front desk worker (the older lady with grey hair) is cranky and unkind. She also frequently takes smoke breaks and smells like cigarettes. The phlebotomists are on their phones and leaning over the counter, instead of drawing labs. Meanwhile, patients wait an hour or more to get their lab work done. I will not be back to this location. Management has work to do here.
Myself and 3 other people were all waiting outside for the location to open at 8 am. 8 am came and went and there was nobody inside and the door was still locked. What business doesn’t open at their posted time? 30 minutes later and there was still no one! Unacceptable
Had an early appointment for blood tests for an upcoming doctor’s visit and had scheduled an appointment beforehand. I showed up at the location and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I would recommend going elsewhere.
