Do NOT use this service. They misplaced my information and potentially cost me a really great job. The lack of accountability and professionalism is all you need to know. The customer service line was a waste of time also. Not one person was able to help me. Only think you should do here is hire an attorney. You can't depend on them.
Yet again, another google review about the doors not being open after 8am and no one answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous when it comes to an established business!
I always wonder if these one star horrible reviews are real. I've been to this location several times. Always been treated very well by very nice plebotomists. I arrived this morning at 810 without an appointment and this was the first time I ever had a wait, which was about 10 minutes. I'll be back anytime I need bloodwork.
I have always had great, quick service here. I have to get blood drawn quite a bit and hardly ever have a wait and the lady is very friendly.
The location is slow and inefficient. The front desk worker (the older lady with grey hair) is cranky and unkind. She also frequently takes smoke breaks and smells like cigarettes. The phlebotomists are on their phones and leaning over the counter, instead of drawing labs. Meanwhile, patients wait an hour or more to get their lab work done. I will not be back to this location. Management has work to do here.
