Bought a Chromebook from them through the school purchase program. Everywhere promoted "Includes 3 year Accidental Damage Warranty". Brought in damaged chromebook at the 1.5 year mark. $250+ to repair it. I said I have the extended warranty. Nope, it is not covered. It's a broken screen from a child, sold to students. It's not unreasonable damage.
