The staff is polite, but what I have tried to buy is quite overpriced. I went to their store to buy 8gb DDR4 ram, and (if I remember is correctly) it cost about $70 for that, when I was told that I just left. It costs less than half that on Amazon. However, that is only for the ram. I did see some other items that caught my interest. I may return there again someday to see if I could get one of their laptops. I have a mixed opinion on this store, but it's not the worst!
I've been a long time customer and just want to say that their customer service is fantastic. Needed a new laptop after mine crashed. They were able to set up my new one and recover all my business files. Great price too! So much better than the big box stores. I love shopping local for my needs in Fort Atkinson. Thank you Compufort!
