JOSE IS A LITERAL LIFE SAVER!! I went to the Samsung store and one other repair shop, both told me they couldn't do anything for me. Jose was able to repair my water damaged phone and screen so I could recover all my data. He also helped me transfer everything to my new phone. Pictures and documents that I thought were gone forever were restored. Definitely recommend this spot!!
Jose is not only spectacular at technology, he is a terrific human being. He saved my phone and the life I have in it!! The VERY best place to go for your any of your tech needs!!!
Jose is very nice and friendly, he was able to replace a breaking fan on my psu and repair the GPU latch which I broke while trying to diagnose an issue in 2 hours. Microcenter wanted to charge me $100 just for a diagnostic and told me they couldn't do the GPU latch because "they don't know how to do that". I will be coming to compucell for all my computer repairs from now on and you should too.
My phone would not charge, I knew probably from dirt inside it, I used every tool and couldn’t get it to work, I brought my phone in here and the very nice gentlemen put it under a Microscope, within minutes he had my phone fixed and charging with his special tool. I was on my way to the city, couldn’t be there all night with a dead phone, saved my night and was very nice 10/10 he gets the job done
Super honest, went in to get what a thought was a cracked screen repaired and he told me it was only my protector that was cracked.
