Would not recommend using them as a service. Overall, getting our questions answered and information verified took weeks on their end, and then we were hit with a bill on 4/14 at 5pm (after having to ask multiple times the status and for payment information). We were not given an itemized bill (until we asked) and were told if we didn’t pay that day, they couldn’t file our taxes on time — meanwhile, the total cost we were charged at the end was more than double our initial quote.
