Suck My son left something there to be worked on and two weeks later they couldn't fix it. When I called to get the item back they did not have it last time I will trust a mom and pop shop with my apple stuff.
Poor Service Took in laptop for diagnosis, and was promised call back next day. Paid my $25 up front as requested. After three days I called back and was told they had already reloaded it and it would be another $140. No call or permission to work on computer. Head honcho said he could "put it back the way it was." He offered $40 discount for poor service. The lousy attitude did not cost me a cent. So much for supporting this local merchant. Not me.
Love this store! Don't listen to that idiotic rant. My friends and I love this place. Most helpful computer store I've ever used. I'm not sure what her problem is, but we've had several computers worked on there and they were always professional and courteous. Definately will be recommending them to others.
quick turnaround one of our work laptops died suddenly, we were able to bring it in to have the needed filles pulled off and not only got it back the same afternoon but at a very reasonable cost. I'll gladly use this spot again for any comp service needs. thanks for the solid work
Everything Computers The guys at CompuMax are top notch. I will never go anywhere else for computers or computer repairs. I was able to repair my laptop for half the estimate I was given at Best Buy. Thanks, CompuMax!!!
Sell Stolen Merchandise Bought an iphone via their eBay store, known as aqueousaviator. Phone was later reported stolen. When I notified them, they tried to ignore me. Once I let them know that I knew the name of the store owner, the name & location of the physical store, and was planning to report it to the proper authorities, they finally responded.
