On hold for 40 mins with one rep just for the line to end call back with another rep and again the same thing. The rep asks enough questions as if assistance will be given but miraculously the line hangs up again. Call back a third time and the phone hangs up because now the office is closed. I guess this is how Maryland trains their reps to provide assistance by asking questions and then disconnect the call so you don’t have to really assist anyone. My experience was very good. The front desk guy was friendly and the waiting time was short, even though I didn’t had an appointment. The guy that helped me was kind and gave me everything I needed.
