We bought a GE Profile oven, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop a year ago. More recently we bought a 48” SubZero Refrigerator/Freezer. All models were available for viewing and functionality which was awesome. Rodney in their sales department was very friendly and knowledgeable on components and functionality of all models. Appliance prices were substantially less than their competitors. Installation cost was more than reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous at all times. The sales department took care of filling out all of the paperwork for our rebates. Always prompt responses whenever we contacted them. 10/10 would buy from again. Traveled to Louisiana to deliver and install with no issues. We need more customer service and brand quality like this in all aspects of our consumer interactions.
When to Comptons to purchase a new over the stove microwave. Front service was excellent. Service and installation was unacceptable. Installer came out as planned. Could not put microwave in due to the old one being wired incorrectly. Once we corrected the problem, notified the installer. Informed me that he would come on a Saturday. Had one call saying he was running behind. Never showed or call back. Left several messages for the installer. Still no return call. We had a lovely experience shopping and picking out appliances. Great customer service on the front end.. However, install and follow through have been sub par. Installers were not good quality. The employee over them, also not good with customer service and follow up. After calling back for approx 2 months, we are extremely disappointed. We express that disappointment and we get a terrible customer service experience, not shocked at this point.
