We purchased a mountain artwork piece from Compton Woodwork at a local market and loved it so much that we immediately custom-ordered a matching piece as a surprise Christmas gift. While attending the Saturday market downtown Boise I came across Compton Woodcraft. I stopped to visit with Danielle and talked about a cover for my flat stove top. She gave me great ideas and examples of what she could create for me. Absolutely stunning custom butcher block I had made for my boyfriend. We live in Montana, but found Compton Woodcrafts when we were on a trip visiting Boise. All through email, we were able to get every single last details from the pattern, rubber feet and end grain all down to perfection. My boyfriend was over the moon when I have it to him, and every time he uses it he gets excited.
