Allen Compton is good man. Im in a bad situation with a hole in front of my toilet. I sent him a message and he came and gave a free estimate to me here on a Saturday morning. He was going to have someone come out the very next day on Sunday to fix it. He gave me a real good rate with different options. We were on a job out of town and these guys came to our rescue! One of our guys tripped going into the attic and put a hole in the ceiling. Allen was able to get his team there the same day to take care of the mess and the repair was made over the next two days. They were professional, they kept my customer happy, and their work was top notch.
Their first effort, attempted by 2 very young men, had new wood attached to water damaged wood. There is still unrepaired water damage under the bathroom and multiple small supports severely limiting access to the remaining crawl space under the house.
They went out of their way any time or day, it didnt matter what day of the week or weekend. If we needed something they answered and came as soon as they could. 90% of the time it was same day! I wouldn't use any other company around. That includes from the Huntsville area!! If you dont at least call and have them check your issues out, well your messing up.
Allen and his crew do amazing work They always come with quick response to emergencies even on Saturday and Sundays as we have had to call them on a Sunday afternoon And they are always there to help you through the difficult part of dealing with insurance companies and explaining to you everything that’s going home
