Can I just say a big thank you to India and her team for a very quick and painless extraction of one of my back teeth, and another thank you to the staff for getting me an emergency appointment quite quickly and getting me sorted , Few years later … and another good visit. What a joke, my wife had a an appointment for today 09.45 when she made the appointment the receptionist tried to book her for Wednesday 5th march 09.45 but wife said she could not get there so she changed it to Thursday 6th @ 09.45. My wife arrived today 6th March in plenty of time only to be told she should have been there yesterday. Genuinely can stress enough how happy I am with the service and care from the practice since being under their care. I highly recommend using them especially if you have an extreme phobia of injections or anything to do with dental work as the compassion I received today especially, was the best I have ever experienced within the health care sector.
We went there today as an emergency appointment for my autistic 4 year old and the staff we absolutely brilliant. So friendly helpful and caring. Thanks alot
I have been with the practice for many years … the receptionist ladies are fab .. always been kind to me and family .. especially when I’ve needed an emergency appointment for myself and my children .. always got me in no problem …!
