Just called to make an appointment for 6 month check up (I'm a private patient. Couldn't get NHS) £70. 00 . Up £20.00 in 6 months. Seriously? The last check up I wasn't there more than 10mins with no x.ray. How do you justify that? Haven't made the appointment because, I simply can't afford it.
Can I just say a big thank you to India and her team for a very quick and painless extraction of one of my back teeth, and another thank you to the staff for getting me an emergency appointment quite quickly and getting me sorted , Few years later … and another good visit. Thank you to the hygienist good job, impressive. Thank you girls.
What a joke, my wife had a an appointment for today 09.45 when she made the appointment the receptionist tried to book her for Wednesday 5th march 09.45 but wife said she could not get there so she changed it to Thursday 6th @ 09.45. My wife arrived today 6th March in plenty of time only to be told she should have been there yesterday. Genuinely can stress enough how happy I am with the service and care from the practice since being under their care. I highly recommend using them especially if you have an extreme phobia of injections or anything to do with dental work as the compassion I received today especially, was the best I have ever experienced within the health care sector.
