Luen Ford was so incredibly helpful every step of the way in our buying journey. She answered all of our questions so well and never left us in the dark. Rang the agent (Luen) about a property that was for sale. Briefly spoke about it but said she was busy at an open (in which I understood). I text my number and questions I had in which she never responded. Disappointing for both myself and obviously the seller that the agent they enlisted doesn’t bother responding to prospective buyers.
Luen Ford was very helpful during the open house and during the offer process. Whenever I had a question throughout the process she answered texts and phone messages promptly. We had a few issues as we neared completion and Luen got these sorted out so nothing got delayed and there were no disagreements with the vendors either. An exceptionally smooth process all in all
