I 've rented a unit 5 years ago, they 've ignored the urgent and non urgent repair, however they refused to reimburse the paid charges, in the meantime rental payments 've been requested to follow, what a service it is !? I 've a respiratory infection as a result of black mould for more than 2 years, I keep updated Brad at inspections as well as sending photos but haven't heard back from just recently it has been fixed
