Total rubbish. The receptionist doesn't know what she says. She says something on one day. On the contrary, she says something else on the next day that's totally contradictory to the previous day.
Brad and Nadine are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and go above and beyond. As landlords we have full trust that they will ensure our property is well looked after. We could not recommend anyone else as highly. Exceptional service!
