Jason cooked a clam boil at my 4th of July party this year. The process of menu selection was collaborative and he made sure that I would have everything I needed to serve my guests; anything I did not get, he was able to provide for us. There was also an option where their staff would take care of all serving, cleanup, etc. which I did not opt to do, but would have made the whole event stress free!
